Terms and conditions
Welcome to Vr Vanya Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
15-Minute Grace Period & Late Cancellation: We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled start time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and no payment will be collected or required for that session.
Rescheduling: If your appointment is cancelled due to late arrival, you are welcome to book a new slot for a future date/time subject to calendar availability.
Health Declarations: Clients must disclose any existing medical conditions, pregnancies, recent surgeries, injuries, or skin allergies prior to treatment. We reserve the right to decline or modify services if a treatment poses a health risk.
2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Notice Required: We request at least 2 hours’ notice for any voluntary appointment cancellation or rescheduling so we may release the slot to other clients.
Late Arrivals: As stated above, arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation of the slot.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
Exclusive Payment Method: Payment is strictly accepted via PayNow QR at the counter only upon arrival or completion of your service. We do not process online credit card transactions, cash, or credit terms.
Promotions & Discounts: Promotional rates and discount codes (e.g., resident specials) must be declared or presented at the counter prior to scanning the PayNow QR code. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after payment is completed.
4. CODE OF CONDUCT
Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a strictly professional, respectful wellness environment. Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward our therapists or staff will result in the immediate termination of the service without completion.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or symptoms of contagious illness.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items brought onto the shop premises.
Services Rendered: Massage therapy services are provided for general relaxation and wellness purposes and do not substitute for formal medical treatment or diagnosis.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
